Apartments M are the property of Milić family from Budva.
Our facilities of 15 apartments in total, type STUDIO, highest category 3***, out of which 6 for two persons and 9 for four persons, out of which 3 DUPLEX with two bathrooms each.. All apartments have terraces, 5 with a sea view.
Apartments are based in a apartment building constructed in 2008. Location is outstanding, 850 from the sea, 450m away from the main Adriatic Road and 200m from the bus station. All necessary restaurants and shops are located in the neighborhood nearby.  The building has excellent access and good public parking space.
All interiors are luxuriously equipped, fully furnished and contain all household appliances.
Besides the furnishing and technical equipment, all rooms are air conditioned with Cable TV and Wireless Internet. Water supply 24 hours.

Prices daily rent apartment:

From 25.08.2010. to 30.09.2010. and 01.06.2011. to 30.06.2011.

• One bedroom (4 persons) - 32 € / day 
• Duplex (5 people) - 37 € / day 
• Studio (2 persons) - 20 € / day 

From 01.10.2010. to 31.05.2011. 

• One bedroom (4 persons) - 26 € / day 
• Duplex (5 people) - 30 € / day 
• Studio (2 persons) - 16 € / day 

From 01.07.2011. to 25.08.2011. 

• One bedroom (4 persons) - 60 € / day 
• Duplex (5 people) - 65 € / day 
• Studio (2 persons) - 40 € / day 

In addition to cost guests pay 1 € residence tax. 
Children under 12 years do not pay. 
Children from 12 to 18. pay 0.5 € per day.
Prices are for minimum 5 nights in the period from 01/07/2011. to 25.08.2011.god. 
The rest of the period prices are valid for a minimum of 3 nights. 
In less than 3 nights the prices are increased 30%. 
For a fixed rent from the agencies we give offer upon request, depending on the number of apartments and duration of the lease.
